A CDS software maintenance is planned on Monday 5 February from 10:00 to 10:30 UTC to resolve an issue related to the order handling. During this time the access to the Copernicus Users Personal Area will be disabled: user registration and data ordering will therefore not be possible during this short downtime

Display Issue in Users Personal Area when using Google Chrome

A recent update to the Google Chrome browser has caused some compatibility issues in the Users Personal Area. The issue primarily affects the selection from pull down menus in the interface for defining standard data requests and emergency data requests (SPERFs)

Replacement of 55 EUSI products in VHR_IMAGE_2015

55 products delivered by EUSI within VHR_IMAGE_2015 are being replaced in the CDS archive due to being delivered to the incorrect dataset.

CDS Infrastructure - Planned maintenance on 26 June 2017 – Single Sign On Update

A maintenance is planned on Monday 26 June 2017, from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC, to make updates to the Single Sign On service with the following services being unavailable during the time window:

  • Log in to CSCDA system and access to the User's Personal Area
  • Download of EO data via FTP
  • Download of EO data via Copernicus Client EOLiSA/GCL

Replacement of 11 WorldView-2/WorldView-3 products in VHR_IMAGE_2015

Eleven products delivered by EUSI within VHR_IMAGE_2015 are being replaced in the CDS archive due to an issue in the metadata. Please note that no quality issue was present in the original products but only in the metadata (footprints contain too many points).

Data access nominal operations resumed in CDS infrastructure

We are pleased to inform users that the issue affecting access to EO data archived in the CDS (see this news item from 11 May, as well as previously published information) has been fully resolved. Users are now able to access EO products via FTP as well as GCL, logging with their SSO account as per normal procedure (see the Data Discovery and Download section of this portal).
