The Terms & Conditions for Use of EO Data from the GSC-DA is a legal agreement between the European Space Agency (ESA) and the eligible GMES User authorized to access Primary or altered products from the Data Access Portfolio (DAP). The European Space Agency, with the GMES Space Component Data Access (GSC-DA) Project under the European Community Seventh Framework Programme (EC-FP7), coordinates access to space-based observation data. In this context, ESA has entered into a number of licensing agreements with data providers and obtained the right to sublicense.
This new license for the Data Warehouse Phase has to be filled in and signed by Project Coordinators on behalf of all Consortium members, or alternatively, by each GSCDA company, before any order for EO data can be submitted to the Services Coordinated Interface.
