Following our news on 12 December referring to the registration of GMES users into the Service Project and Dataset Management (SPDM) tool, it is to be clarified that the new account is to be used for downloading EO data from the GMES Client (GCL) and for the ticketing and ordering tools to be released in 2012. Data access accounts previously provided (e.g. FTP@GCM and FTP@CDS accounts) are still valid to access the EO data directly from the GCMs or at the CDS Core Infrastructure.
