All GCM contracts kicked off

As of November 2nd, 2009 all contracts with GMES Contributing Missions have been kicked off. The following Mission Entities are officially contributing to the GSC Data Access Portfolio:

SAR Missions

• E-GEOS (Cosmo SkyMed)
• ESA (Envisat, ERS, ALOS)

Multispectral optical missions

• DMC International Imaging (with DEIMOS Imaging) (DMC-UK, DMC-UK2, Alsat, Nigerisat-1, Beijing-1, Topsat, DEIMOS-1)
• e-GEOS (Ikonos-2, GeoEye-1, Quickbird, Worldview-1)
• Euromap (IRS-P6 Resourcesat, IRS-P5 Cartosat, IRS-1C archives, IRS-1D archives)
• EUSI (Ikonos archive)
• ImageSat International (EROS-A/-B)
• RapidEye (RapidEye constellation)
• SPOTIMAGE (SPOT4, SPOT5, Pleiades, Kompsat-2, Formosat-2)
• ESA (ALOS, Landsat)

Global Systematic Missions with medium-to-low resolution imaging sensors and radar altimeter, atmospheric missions

• VITO (SPOT4/5 VGT)

• ESA (Envisat, ERS, Modis, Odin, Scisat, GOSAT)

The datasets described in the DAP (DAP V1.0) are being progressively implemented and advertised as the first data become available.
