The maintenance scheduled today (28/11) at CDS-CI is now completed and a temporary work-around has been implemented to allow GMES users to correctly download products via FTP.
However, this solution is not available for data available within the emergency baskets therefore users are invited to access the EO data products delivered within emergency activations at the GCME for new events and in the corresponding datasets directories for past events (visibility around 24 hours after data delivery).
