PDHS-E (ESRIN) - Envisat NRT dissemination delay

Due to problems on the archiving system at the PDHS-E (ESRIN) facility, there is a delay in the Envisat Near Real Time (NRT) production and distribution to users.
Work is ongoing to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
