From the 2nd November 2010, eGEOS have improved the availability of their customer service representatives with respect to the GMES Emergency Satellite Tasking (GEST) service.
The result is an official capability to contribute , on a 24/7 basis, to the data requirements of the GEST service.
This will further improve the services’ ability to ensure that orders for data, and the subsequent deliveries, can be handled within the shortest possible timeframes.
