Envisat NRT on demand orders and geographical extractions unavailable

A blocking SW anomaly is at present affecting Envisat operations at all Centres. The impact is as follows:

  • Dissemination based on geographical extractions unavailable;
  • NRT orders (including eventual charter/emergency) unavailable.

The issue is under investigation and work is ongoing to resume the service as soon as possible.
