20 April 2010 - The planned MIPAS instrument decontamination for 20-28 April 2010 has been postponed (see also http://envisat.esa.int/earth/www/object/index.cfm?fobjectid=6884)
This decision has been taken to provide MIPAS data users a continuous observation of the volcanic ash cloud from the Eyjafjallaökull eruption.
The decontamination is now foreseen in early May. The details for the decontamination period will be provided once established.
