Acquisition failure at PDHS-E (ESRIN)

09 November 2009 - Due to a failure on the KA Antenna (Artemis) caused by a thunderstorm during the night of 9 November 2009, the following Envisat HR (High Rate) and LR (Low Rate) data have not been acquired:

• Orbit 40224 Partial
• Orbit 40225
• Orbit 40226
• Orbit 40228 Partial
• Orbit 40229

The anomaly on the KA Antenna has been fixed and PDHS-E (ESRIN) is back to nominal operation since 9 November 2009 PM.

The datasets affected are the following:

• DAP_MG1_08, DAP_MG1_09, DAP_MG1_10, DAP_MG1_11, DAP_MG1_12, DAP_MG1_13 DAP_MG1_14 DAP_MG1_15 (ASAR WSM level 1)
• DAP_MG3_03 (MERIS RR)
• DAP_MG3_01 DAP_MG3_02 (MERIS FRS level 1)
• DAP_MG3_04 (AATSR)
• DAP_MG3_05 (RA-2/MWR)
