New GCM contracts kicked off

The following GMES Contributing Missions Entities are now officially contributing to the GSC Data Access Portfolio:

  • Euromap, with IRS-P5, IRS-P6, IRS1C and IRS1D missions
  • MDA, with RADARSAT-1 and RADARSAT-2 missions
  • Infoterra Germany (ITD), with TerraSAR-X mission
  • SPOT IMAGE, with SPOT-4, SPOT-5, Kompsat-2 and Formosat-2 missions

The datasets will be progressively implemented and advertised as the first data become available. Any request GSPs may have for the above data type may be addressed to the CDS-SCI that will check its feasibility, until the precise data offer is available in the first version of the DAP, to be published towards the end of July 2009.
