The Data Access Portfolio Document defines the datasets that are made available to the GMES Services in the second phase of the GSC Data Access (2011-2014), in response to the Data Warehouse requirements and the available quota for each GSP until the end of 2012. It is based on agreements with 11 GMES Contributing Mission Entities (GCMEs). Data supply has been on-going since 13 June 2011 and will last until 31 May 2014. In the V2.7 update, quotas have been adjusted following EC revision.
The document describes the datasets and the conditions (i.e. data licensing, ordering mechanisms, product types available, delivery timelines, data access mechanisms) under which they will be accessible.
